How do I Personalize?
Ready to order but not sure about the personalization process? Honeycomb Proverbs provides complimentary proofing and revision options for each personalized custom or personalized design. So you can order with confidence, knowing it will look just as you envisioned.

Browse our selection of custom and personalized wall decor and choose the best design for your occasion. We offer custom photo designs, wedding vow print designs and more. Pick out one you love and get ready for step two.

Step 2
Add Personalization
After you've picked out the product you want to order, use the personalization field(s) to provide your customization details. If ordering a personalized photo gift, you can send us your photo after placing the order.

Step 3
Checkout & Wait for your Proof
Continue to Checkout to complete the order. You'll receive an order confirmation via email. If you ordered a personalized item, you will receive a digital proof to review within 24-36 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Most orders are ready to ship within 3-7 working days.However, if you have ordered a personalized item, please ensure that you have reviewed and approved your proof. These can sometimes end up in spam/junk folders.

How is my order shipped?
Each package is insured for loss or damage and may be shipped via UPS, USPS, or DHL.The carrier is dependent upon elements such as package size, item type, destination, and method (such as expedited transit).
How long is transit & can I have tracking?
Tracking is provided with each shipment. Please refer to your shipment notification email for tracking. We offer real-time updates to keep you informed of your shipments progress.
Transit times may vary, but most packages shipped within the continental US arrive within 3-6 working days via standard shipping. Expedited transit options are available at checkout.
Can I make a change to an order?
Please contact us at cs@hunnycombproverbs.com. within 24 hours of ordering if a change is required,
In most cases we are able to accommodate change requests.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchange options for custom-made pieces. However, if there is a defect or any damage to your item, please contact us right away.
Do you accept returns?
Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, but please contact us right away if you have any problems with your order. Should your item arrived damaged or defective we will swiftly work to replace it for you.
How do I add Personalization to an order?
Use the provided fields to input personalization details before adding the item to your cart.Please refer to item description's "How to Order" section for detailed instructions. Refer to your order confirmation to confirm your personalization was received.
How can I send you my personalization?
Use the "Personalize" field when ordering, or email your personalization to cs@hunnycombproverbs.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Do you need the lyrics to my song or just the title?
Just provide the artist and song title in the personalized field and we will be happy to source the lyrics for you. During the proofing process you can review for errors to ensure we have the correct version of your song.+If you prefer to send the lyrics, you can use the notes field at checkout or email them to us at cs@hunnycombproverbs.com*A proof will be provided within 24-36 hours. We require a review and approval before production begins.
Can I see a proof of concept ahead of time?
If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the order is submitted.
How do I upload my photo?
After placing your order, please send your photo to cs@hunnycombproverbs.com and include your order number in the subject line.
What if there's an error on my personalized item?
We will be happy to make as many adjustments to your proof as needed until you tell us it's ready to go. Keep in mind that we do not perform spelling or grammar checks and will only apply changes/corrections that are requested.
Please proof carefully to ensure you do not miss any possible errors - this includes lyrics, names, dates, or any other personalization details.
Once a proof is approved, and production has begun, we are unable to make any amendments
