Welcome to HunnyCombProverbs, where The Inspired Word comes together with Canvas and Fine Art prints and where YOUR inspired words come however you like.
Orders must be paid for at the time of checkout. Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Words with Photos orders in which the customer-provided pictures and digital images that are of a different aspect ratio then the specified order will be cropped to match the dimensions required. Cropping of either the length or the width may occur in order to match the details of an order. All custom designs must be approved by customer before printing begins.
Your order may be shipped via UPS ground or USPS priority, depending upon the size and weight of the product ordered. Shipping tracking/confirmation numbers available upon request. Please allow up to 5 working days from shipment date for your print to arrive.
Refunds and Exchanges
HunnyCombProverbs offers a 30 day money back guarantee or replacement in the event that a print is damaged or defective. Notice of damaged or defective merchandise must be submitted to HunnyCombProverbs in writing through the contact page within 72 hours upon documented delivery date by the shipping courier. Damaged prints may need to be picked up by UPS for inspection before refunds or replacements can be submitted. Upon contacting HunnyCombProverbs, further details on replacement procedures will be provided. Please note HunnyCombProverbs is not responsible for damage accrued to prints after they have been delivered and caused by the customer or a third party (such as framers) after delivery.

If during the design stage of your order, you decide you wish to cancel, HunnyCombProverbs will happily issue you a full refund. The design stage is complete when a customer approves a final proof in writing via email. To cancel an order, simply contact HunnyCombProverbs using the contact page.

Can I return a print?
If your print arrives defective or damaged, contact me using the contact page within 72 hours of receiving your order, and I will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Do I have to pay first?
Payments are processed at the time of purchase, however if you are ordering a custom design, you may cancel it at anytime during the design stage and I will gladly provide you with a full refund.
What is a custom designed canvas?
A custom designed canvas is an affordable made to order print which uses your photos or words to create a work of art. I will work with you one on one via e-mail to make sure your print is designed and printed to order. A preview is provided for you to proof before it is printed in the form of an email attachment. Once you approve it the print is produced and shipped.
How do I submit a photo for a custom designed print?
Once you have completed your order, you may send your photo to me directly at HCProverbs [!at] gmail.com. and reference your order number in the subject line. You may also include your design preferences, ideas or suggestions. Otherwise, I will contact you within 24 hours to gather this information.
Will I see what my canvas/print will look like before you make it?
All custom designs require an official approval via email documentation. You will receive a proof to review, prior to the completion of the design stage.
How long before you send me a proof to review?
Most proofs are ready to view within 3-5 working days. Length of design stage depends also upon how quickly you are able to respond to the email proof and how many revisions are necessary before the design is finalized.
How many proofs/revisions will you do?
I will continue to revise a design scheme until you are satisfied. Keep in mind that these revisions will only apply to the original photo provided, or, agreed upon design scheme.
Will you have to crop my photo if I order a Words with Photos canvas?
If the photo provided for your design is of a different aspect ratio then the specified order will be cropped to match the dimensions required. How long will it take to complete my order once I have approved my print?
Production time for your Fine Art or Canvas print is anywhere from 3-5 working days. Transit time within the US is approx 3-5 working days, depending upon your location.

How do I personalized my order?
Each item that can be personalized will have a typing field above the "Add to Cart" Button. Please refer to item description's "How

Do you provide digital proofs for personalized items?
If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing
your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most
proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the
order is submitted.
How can I send you my wording or lyrics?
Feel free to use the provided feild when ordering, or email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the subject line.
How do I send you a photo?
After placing your order, please send your photo to email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line.
What is your turnaround time?
Most orders are ready to ship within 3-6 working days. Some exceptions may include framed personalized or customized orders.
How is my order shipped?
Each package is insured for loss or damage and may be shipped via UPS, USPS, or DHL.
The carrier is dependent upon elements such as package size, item type, destination, and method (such as expedited transit).
How can I track my order?
Tracking is provided with each shipment. Please refer to your shipment
notification email for tracking. We offer real-time updates to keep you
informed of your shipments progress.
How long is transit time?
Transit times may vary, but most packages shipped within the continental
US arrive within 3-6 working days via standard shipping. Expedited
transit options are available at checkout.
How can I make a change to my order?

Do you accept returns?
Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, but please contact us
right away if you have any problems with your order. Should your item
arrived damaged or defective we will swiftly work to replace it for you.
