I'm going based on customer service I've recieved so far which was great. I have to admit though I'm disappointed with the product. It's very pink and does not appear or feel as copper at all. I'm waiting to hear back. Update: I reached out and was advised that it looks like it was made using the incorrect material. Noelle apologized and explained she'd have it resent. I can't say a bad thing about their customer service. I will update once correct material is received. Updated item: I am in love with the product. I can't believe the level of customer service. While I initially was disappointed at the item I'm so glad I reached out. It honestly restored my faith in businesses altogether. I will definitely purchase from them again.
