• Overall lead time for Personalized Items such as un-framed paper prints or canvas prints may ship within 1½ -2 weeks or 10 working days. This allows 2-4 working days to finalize a mockup and up to 5 working days to produce your piece.
• Items that are not personalized or customized usually ship within 5-8 working days
• Transit time in the continental US is 3-6 working days on average.
• Transit time for international orders may vary. On average, most international orders arrive within 3-5 weeks.
• Expedited shipping is available to buyers in the continental US as an upgrade at check out for items measuring 32 inches or smaller. Expedited shipping is 1-2 working days depending upon the size/weight of your package and its destination.

Will I get to see a proof?
If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the order is submitted.
What's your turnaround time?
Transit times may vary, but most packages shipped within the continental US arrive within 3-6 working days via standard shipping. Expedited transit options are available at checkout.
Can I rush my order?
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for most items. Bear in mind that extra large items (larger than 36 inches) may not be eligible for our basic expedited shipping options. If you are ordering a piece larger than 36 inches wide or tall, please contact us for more info.
