Song Lyrics: Provide the artist and song title in the personalization field and we will be happy to source the lyrics for you. During the proofing process you can review for errors to ensure we have the correct version of your song. If you prefer to provide the lyrics yourself, just enter them in the personalization fields on the product page.

Photos: Upload your photo using the photo uploader on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

Wedding Vows or other wording: Enter your wording or vows in the personalization fields before adding to cart.

Why haven't I received my proof yet?

Proofs are typically ready within 24-36 hours of placing your order. If you haven't seen yours yet, check your spam or junk folder and your promotions tab for the proof email. Still don't see it? Contact us directly through the contact form and we'll help.

Will I get to see a proof?

If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece until you've reviewed and approved a digital proof. You'll get an email with a link to view and approve your proof online. Proofs are typically ready within 24-36 hours of placing your order.

What's your turnaround time?

Production takes about 3-6 working days. Shipping is free by economy service (USPS, UPS or FedEx) from San Antonio, TX, and most orders arrive 2-8 business days after they ship, depending on your location.

Can I rush my order?
