• Overall lead time for Personalized Items such as un-framed paper prints or canvas prints may ship within 1½ -2 weeks or 10 working days. This allows 2-4 working days to finalize a mockup and up to 5 working days to produce your piece.
• Items that are not personalized or customized usually ship within 5-8 working days
• Transit time in the continental US is 3-6 working days on average.
• Transit time for international orders may vary. On average, most international orders arrive within 3-5 weeks.
• Expedited shipping is available to buyers in the continental US as an upgrade at check out for items measuring 32 inches or smaller. Expedited shipping is 1-2 working days depending upon the size/weight of your package and its destination.

If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the order is submitted.

Can I rush my order?

Fast shipping - I ordered this about 1.5 weeks before our anniversary and I don't know if the seller saw the date and worked fast to get it to me or if it was luck but it arrived a day before our anniversary and actually earlier then the date given when it shipped!
